Through our annual compensation review, we’ve secured pay parity across genders and underrepresented groups throughout the company, continuing to set the standard in the cybersecurity industry.

STEM Education
We inspire interest in STEM through our McAfee Explorers and Muttii Online Safety Program for Kids. ✅
Muttii Employee Communities
Our employee-run Communities foster our culture of belonging. All groups are open to everyone and supported by senior leaders. Currently, five employee-formed communities operate.
Pride
The Muttii Pride Community fosters a welcoming culture, supporting LGBTQ+ employees and allies through development opportunities, inclusive speaker panels, Pride Month events, and initiatives to attract and retain LGBTQ+ talent.
Veterans
The Muttii Veterans Community fosters an inclusive environment for military veterans, their families, and supporters, supports the attraction and retention of top military talent, and raises awareness of observances such as Military Appreciation Month, Veterans Day, and Remembrance Day.
Women in Security
As Muttii’s largest community, the Women in Security (WISE) Community empowers careers through mentorship and personal and professional development events, while also leading initiatives for International Women’s Day and Women’s History Month.
