At the completion of a learning plan, participants can undertake an exam. Successful candidates receive MSP certification and are awarded a Credly badge - a symbol of their expertise and dedication.
I very much appreciate this initiative, because for many partners in the region the primary issue is not technology itself, but changing from traditional break-fix model to msp. I was also very pleased that the course does not primarily promote vendor features but really focuses on the primary topic. Personally, I would be very much in favor of expanding the MSP Academy to include more advanced and follow-up ideas. Truly an enlightening endeavor.
After completing the Muttii MSP vendor-neutral training I would like to state that was a very well prepared training and the material was excellent. I enjoyed the whole course and all 6 modules were great. I strongly recommend it to all existing MSPs and all starting MSPs.
