Role Description
MUTTII® is seeking a full-time remote Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive our sales efforts and develop new business. The Sales and Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, delivering training, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service and sales skills, with an ability to understand and anticipate the needs of clients
- Sales management experience, with an ability to develop and lead a winning sales team
- Training skills, to deliver effective training programs to clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software and platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
- Experience in the cybersecurity or information technology industry is a plus
