The course will cover how account management can look with your current company size and structure and ways to utilize account management to nurture mutual beneficial relationships with your ideal clients. This course is meant for all size MSPs who want to be more than just a vendor to their clients and strive to be a trusted partner who propels their clients’ success. The goal of the course is to provide an insight into the Account Management as a strategic partner for clients that will harness positive, long-lasting, profitable relationships. This course is designed for MSP owners, Account Managers, or Operations Managers.
