Each group is comprised of up to 10 members who are not competitive to your business.
Peer Groups meet on a regular schedule to share challenges, ideas, and experiences. From emotional to tactical to strategic support, your peers in the group have faced many of the issues you face in your business. The more you share, he stronger these friendships grow as well.
The function of a Peer Group for most MSP members is to provide a neutral resource, accountability, friendship, and support. It can serve as a board of directors or accountability group for businesses too small to have a formal resource to serve these functions.
