  1. Where This Policy Applies

This Policy applies to:

  • Our public sites, including and MUTTII Cyber Cloud.
  • Registered users of these sites and our Core Products.

If a product or service has its own policy, that policy takes precedence.

For our business customers our contracts detail how we handle personal data. If there is a conflict between this Policy and a Customer Contract, the Customer Contract applies.

This Policy does not apply to third party sites or services you access through our Services.

  • We are generally a data processor for our customers.

When you use our Services personal data may be transferred across borders. Muttii uses the following to protect this data:

  • The European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
  • Other methods for data transfer.

Data MUTTII Group Doesn’t Collect

  • We don’t collect sensitive personal data unless we have to.

MUTTII Customer Experience Program (CEP)

  • We collect Usage Data via a pseudonym to improve our services.
  • If you consent we link your personal data to your CEP Usage Data for more tailored feedback.
